Arrival at Chandigarh Airport/Railway Station and proceed to Shimla.  Shimla is one of India's most popular hill resorts, buzzing with a happy flow of Indian vacationers and full of relics of its previous life as the summer capital of British India. After breakfast get ready for a city tour of Shimla. A favourite of the British during the Raj-era, Upon reaching Shimla proceed for City tour of Shimla. Places to visit include cemeteries, Scandal Point, Viceregal Lodge, Rothney Castle, Christ church, Rashtrapati Niwas and government buildings of the 19th and 20th centuries, while there are many pleasant walks around the town as well.
Later free for leisure you can go and visit the local restaurants try the local food Guchhi Mattar, A popular staple of Himachali vegetarian cuisine, guchhi maattar combines mushrooms and peas in a spicy gravy and Dham, it is a dish usually cooked during festivals. The recipe involves rice, daal and rajma cooked overnight in yogurt. Do not forget to visit the Local bazaar It’s also known for the handicraft shops that line The Mall, a pedestrian avenue, as well as the Lakkar Bazaar, a market specializing in wooden toys and crafts.

After breakfast get ready for you day excursion to Kufri, You will visit the Hassan Valley which is among the top 10 dense forests in Asia, Mahasua Peak which is the highest peak in this region from where the Pir Panjal and Dhauladhar mountain range can be viewed, Maheshwari Temple which is a beautiful temple situated in the Mahasua Peak, the Mini Zoo which has various Himalayan animals, the Chini Bungalow which is a cosy and nice cafe owned by Himachal Tourism and the Jakhoo Temple which is a temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman and is situated at the highest peak of Himachal.


Later drive back to Shimla hotel.

Day 3 Shimla - Chandigarh

After breakfast you will check out and proceed to Chandigarh after little bit of strolling on the Mall road if you want to do some shopping, Upon reaching Chandigarh you will be dropped at Airport/Railway station for your onwards journey.
